FREE SHIPPING
We inspect every discount grandfather clock before it leaves our warehouse for quality
and packing purposes. Because our grandfather clock kits are packed well,
only 2% of our grandfather clocks arrive with shipping damage. This means that 98 grandfather clocks out of
100 are in perfect order. If you receive your discount grandfather clock and it
was damaged in transit, we will either send you out a replacement part
the next business day or, if it is non-repairable, we will have your grandfather clock
picked up and send you a replacement.
Retail Return Policy
In the rare event you want to return your purchase, your discount grandfather clock may be
returned within 15 days of the purchase date. The grandfather clock kit must be returned
in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards,
manuals, and accessories. Your clock must be returned by UPS ground and
insured for full value. A return authorization number must be obtained
from us before returning your discount grandfather clock along with obtaining the proper address
to our warehouse. Once we receive your clock back, a credit for the
purchase price will be posted to the same credit card you purchased the discount
grandfather clock with.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges on their clock. The discount grandfather clock return must be shipped freight pre-paid.
